◎ GENDER NET是歐盟第七期科研框架計畫下的一項大型跨國計畫，主旨為促進歐洲國家科技研究環境的性別平等，透過政策研擬與創新研究，理解與改善不平等現狀。參與 GENDER NET計畫過程中，各參與組織帶動發展國家型或區域型的行動規劃，再經由跨國網絡交流策略，影響大範圍的歐盟與國家政策走向。GENDER NET的目標是協助跨歐洲的各國部會、研究資方、大學及研究機構，進行組織環境改革與納入性別分析的科技研究，以達到科技研究內的性別平等。
